"Our stay was amazing. America was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions. The house is gorgeous, has beautiful views and very suitable for family gatherings. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked and all the cabinets are labeled, so it was easy to find everything that one would need or forgot to bring. I highly recommend this house and hope to return. The back yard has fun things for children, including playground equipment and a kids zip line. Our dog enjoyed the yard and we had peace of mind knowing that it is fenced in. We were attending a wedding and the house was close to the wedding venue. We even received a welcome gift! Thank you America and John you are above and beyond a 5 star rating! We appreciate all your help and kindness!"

"Very responsive host. Mrs. America answered all of my questions and concerns promptly. House was gorgeous, and had enough room for my huge family to spread out comfortably. They left extra bedding just in case for us, and they have everything you could ever need to enjoy your stay. Property is secluded on several acres, but is close enough to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!"

"Wow! Where do I begin? We’ve been to America’s place twice now and it will always hold a special place in our hearts. We had to stay several weeks, due to home repairs, and couldn’t have picked a better home away from home. The kitchen is well appointed with every tool, spice, and oil you could need to make all of your meals. Most air bnbs skip this part and you’ll find yourself making unnecessary purchases at the grocery store. The kitchen is also stocked with everything you could need to host: serving dishes galore. The linens are clean and high quality which makes for a cozy night sleep in any of the many beds. There’s so much to do for the kiddos whether it’s playing in the fenced yard or with the toys and games inside! My daughter woke up every morning begging to go play outside. There’s THREE separate fenced areas for the fur babies and a pooper scooper available for cleanup. Lastly, American is the sweetest host and made sure that we were happy throughout our stay!"

"Stayed with extended family and held a rehearsal dinner for around 50 guests. John and America were great hosts, always responsive and communicating clearly. The home is beautiful with very spacious living and kitchen. I loved the view of the Austin city lights and the hills from the master bedroom. Many guests told us how much they liked the meeting space, especially the fire pit as it was a chilly night. Supplies for the event were abundant which came in very handy."
