Logoloma Ranch provides event rental space that includes an event hosting plan that’s right for your budget. Give us a call to help plan and design an event with the supports you need to focus on the fun. 

Hosting an event or gathering at the location is suggested for groups of 10 or more guests. Below is the price listing for group sizes and added amenities. Please note all fees are separate from house rental and must be paid in full 48 hours or two days prior to scheduled event date. NOTE: Any event attendee count cannot exceed 75 guests. No exceptions.

** Special event pricing below is for Main House rental guests who have confirmed house/property rental dates. 
*** All events must be approved prior to arrival date. Payment arrangements are made separately.

Hosting an Event with Main House Rental

BRONZE – Up to 25 Guests
$551 Tax Included – 1 day event

Event End Time: 10:30pm

Includes:

  • Parking for all guest
  • Use of separate power/electric for outdoor lighting
  • Access to in-house guest restroom and facilities
  • 1 metal outdoor table / 4 chairs
  • 1 metal picnic table seats 6
  • 7 chairs around fire pit
  • 2 circular tables
  • 12 folding chairs
  • Trash cans
SILVER – Up to 50 Guests
$772 Tax Included – 1 day event

Event End Time: 10:30pm

Includes:

  • GOLD plus
  • 1 Extra 4′ table
  • Parking for all guest
  • Use of separate power/electric for outdoor lighting
  • No access to house restrooms; must rent/pay for outdoor porta potty separately ($175-$225 per day view link)
  • Consider additional rental of chairs and tables from Whim Hospitality
GOLD – Up to 75 Guests
$1,232 Tax Included – 1 day event

Event End Time: 10:30pm

Includes:

  • GOLD/SILVER plus
  • 1 Extra 6′ table
  • Parking for all guest
  • Use of separate power/electric for outdoor lighting
  • 4 Tables / Trash cans
  • No access to house restrooms; must rent/pay for outdoor porta potty separately  ($175-$225 per day view link)
  • Consider additional rental of chairs and tables from Whim Hospitalityt

NOTE: If renting event space without Main House Rental, a $100 cleaning fee required along with a refundable deposit of $300 to account for any added incidents or cleaning.
